This product won't stay running...it's new!! I cannot recommend this product for the simple reason that it will not stay running. It starts easy, looks great, is light weight and easy to handle. Yet from day one (only two attempts to use so far) it won't stay running. I've followed the instructions properly but no matter what, it stalls out. This is not my first trimmer. I still have my Ryobi from 13 years ago and use the blower attachment to clean up after yard work. It still runs great. Go figure. So now I will have to locate an authorized servicer to figure out why she won't stay running. I called Poulan's provided customer service number today (Saturday# when I could not keep it running #again#. I touched toned my way through to 'general questions.' I recieved a recorded message stating hours of operation are Monday thru Friday and to call back during those hours. They do not take calls #for general questions# on Saturday I guess which makes perfect sense because no one does yard work on the weekends. What was I thinking? :-# May 5, 2012
